ABSTRACTS PUBLICATION

All abstracts for oral and poster contributions, which have been accepted for ELECTROCERAMICS XI will be available on this website by 1 August, 2008.

PROCEEDINGS CD

Authors are invited to submit papers for inclusion in a proceedings CD.  All accepted manuscripts (of between 4 and 8 pages) submitted on or before 31st July 2008 will appear in the proceedings CD. 

The preparation of “camera-ready” manuscripts should follow the guidelines laid out HERE

The maximum length for papers is 8 pages. Your manuscript should be submitted by e-mail to (naomi.hyde@manchester.ac.uk) with the attachment in the form of a pdf file or WORD document, before 31st July, 2008.

Please use your presentation reference number, followed by the name of the corresponding author (e.g.  A-001-I Irvine) as your manuscript filename.

IMPORTANT: For WORD document users. In order to ensure that the documents are displayed and printed correctly when we receive them, please do the following before saving your document: Select “Tools”; select “options”; on the “save” tab: tick “embed true type fonts”; untick “embedded characters in use only”; untick “do not embed  common system fonts”

All manuscripts for consideration for journal publication should meet the relevant Journal’s formatting requirements, and be submitted to the conference by 1 September at the latest. Detailed submission arrangements will appear here shortly.

All journals are keen to maximise their Impact Factor and will therefore apply strict refereeing procedures.
